I join the team Caritas, and our challenge is to develop indicators, integrate data and forecast models to better support those affected by poverty, and development of an integrated prototype of a data. ​You can take a look at our log. ​​​background•Caritas is the largest non-governmental organization in Switzerland that provides a wide range of support services for people affected by poverty. The advice centers of the 16 regional Caritas organizations collect various data from clients, which provides information about the problems faced by people in acute emergencies and the services provided. In the Caritas markets, which provide discounted products to people with limited financial resources, sales figures are recorded daily by product group.​Currently, this information is rarely used for systematic analysis. They would be of interest to the regional Caritas organizations, Caritas Switzerland and also to other social policy actors (e.g. the federal government and cantons).
